Art. 21. La contabilidad oficial que debe llevar los responsables del Erario en el Departamento, se sujetará al Decreto Ejecutivo número 77, de 27 de Enero del correspondiente año; pero el Administrador general de Hacienda del Departamento presentará sus cuentas á la Contaduría general del mismo para que allí sean examinadas, glosadas y fenecidas en primera instancia y luego pasadas á la Oficina general de cuantas de la República para su examen y fenecimiento definitivo.
