Terminado el edificio del hotel de turismo, con su equipo, el Gobierno procederá a hacerle entrega al Municipio de Purificación, quien lo administrará por medio de la Junta especial formada por tres miembros así: uno nombrado por la Gobernación del Tolima y dos por el Consejo Municipal de Purificación, recaídos en personas vecinas de este Municipio y suficientemente honorables y expertas. Esta Junta será renovada anualmente.
