Art. 6.° La sentencia que dicte la Corte Marcial se notificará inmediatamente al Fiscal, á los reos y á sus defensores, si los tuvieren, y surtida la notificación, se remitirá el expediente al Poder Ejecutivo para que en el término de tres días confirme, revoque ó reforme la sentencia.
