Pérdida del derecho al uso . Las personas que hayan sido beneficiarias de una de las condecoraciones previstas en este decreto, perderán el derecho de usarlas cuando sean condenadas por delitos, salvo los políticos o culposos, o sancionadas por faltas disciplinarias graves o gravísimas. La pérdida del derecho al uso será dispuesta por las mismas autoridades que las confieren, previo el adelantamiento del proceso administrativo pertinente.
