Autorizaciones. Autorícese al Gobierno nacional para que destine las partidas presupuestales necesarias para apoyar la conmemoración del día nacional de la Madre y el Padre Comunitario en Colombia que se instituye por la presente ley, de acuerdo a la disponibilidad fiscal, al Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y al Marco de gasto de Mediano Plazo.
