Traslado a las demás autoridades competentes. Cuando de las actuaciones que se adelanten ante la Comisión, sea evidente que es competencia de otra autoridad, o que existen hechos que puedan dar lugar a investigación e imposición de sanciones por autoridades distintas a ésta, la Comisión dará traslado de las mismas a la autoridad que corresponda.
