Derogatorias y vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 6°, 9°, 10, 14, 15, 29 y 39 del Decreto 1784 de 2019 y deroga los artículos 12, 22, 25 y 32 del Decreto 1784 de 2019, los artículos 1°, 2°, 3° y 4° del Decreto 876 de 2020 y el Decreto 901 de 2020 y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
