Traslado de la acusación en audiencia de solicitud de medida de aseguramiento . En los eventos en los que resulte procedente la imposición de una medida de aseguramiento, el Fiscal dará traslado del escrito de acusación al inicio de la audiencia, acto seguido se procederá de conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 306 y siguientes de este código.
