Cuando se evidencie que la información suministrada por los usuarios es incorrecta, la persona natural o jurídica privada seleccionada informará de manera oportuna sobre el particular a la Dirección de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, y le entregará las pruebas de que disponga, para que esta realice las investigaciones que sean necesarias.
