Article 2

El Ministerio De Comunicaciones Como Administrador Del Fondo De Comunicaciones, Tendrá Las Siguientes Funciones: A) Llevar, Por Conducto De La División Administrativa Del Ministerio Y De Acuerdo Con Las Normas Dictadas Por La Contraloría General De La República, El Sistema De Contabilidad Del Fondo; B) Elaborar Y Ejecutar El Presupuesto Y Hacer La Distribución De Los Recursos Del Fondo, Teniendo En Cuenta Las Necesidades De Las Estaciones Monitoras Y Demás Gastos Ordenados Por La Ley; C) Presentar Para El Control De Ejecución Por Parte De La División Delegada De Presupuesto Ante El Ministerio, El Estado Mensual De Ingresos Y Gastos E Informe Mensual De Caja Y Bancos: D) Las Demás Que Por La Naturaleza Del Fondo Se Requieran Para Su Adecuado Funcionamiento

º El Ministerio de Comunicaciones como administrador del Fondo de Comunicaciones, tendrá las siguientes funciones

Llevar, por conducto de la División Administrativa del Ministerio y de acuerdo con las normas dictadas por la Contraloría General de la República, el sistema de contabilidad del Fondo;

Elaborar y ejecutar el presupuesto y hacer la distribución de los recursos del Fondo, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de las estaciones monitoras y demás gastos ordenados por la ley;

Presentar para el control de ejecución por parte de la División Delegada de Presupuesto ante el Ministerio, el estado mensual de ingresos y gastos e informe mensual de caja y bancos:

Las demás que por la naturaleza del Fondo se requieran para su adecuado funcionamiento.
