Decreto 18660929 de 1866 · fijando las épocas en que han hecho servicio de campaña los cuerpos del 1,° 2,° 3,° i 4,° ejércitos de la guardia colombiana.

Art. 9. ° No se admitirán certificaciones o declaraciones de otros jenerales, jefes i oficiales, que las de aquellos que hayan pertenecido al cuerpo, brigada, columna o division en que sirvió el interesado, debiendo espresar en ellas la compañia, cuerpo, columna o division en que prestara sus servicios.

Parágrafo

Los servicios prestados en cuerpos francos o guerrillas sin estar sujetos a las reglas del arte militar, no se abonarán dobles, porque la lei, al definir el servicio de campaña, no trata de estos individuos.
