Concluida la etapa anterior el Presidente del Tribunal dentro del término de tres (3) días hábiles, procede a dictar el fallo correspondiente aceptando el veredicto. El fallo debe ser notificado a las partes en sesión plena; si ello no fuere posible dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a su pronunciamiento, se notificará por edicto, de conformidad con el artículo 323 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
