La Nación procederá a adquirir en la hoya del rio San Juan, en el Departamento de Antioquia, un predio rural de capacidad suficiente para servir de asiento a la Granja Agrícola y Pecuaria de que trata el artículo siguiente, en un punto cuyas conexiones viales faciliten el acceso desde los distintos Municipios del suroeste antioqueño.
