º. De los consorcios y la unión temporal. De conformidad con el numeral 5º, literal a), del artículo 24 de la Ley 80 de 1993, en los pliegos de condiciones o términos de referencia podrán establecerse los requisitos objetivos que deban cumplirse para efectos de la participación de consorcios o de uniones temporales.
