Para efectos del seguimiento a la ejecución de los recursos que se destinen a financiar los programas de atención primaria en salud, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar deberán presentar ante la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, un informe de ejecución, en los términos y condiciones que para el efecto defina el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
