° Para los efectos del presente Decreto se tendrán como centros de producción en los cuales debe comprar caucho el Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos, los siguientes: Para el Vaupés, Mitú y Miraflores; Para el Caquetá, La Pedrera y Araracuara; Para el Putumayo, Tarapacá, y Para el Amazonas, Leticia.
