Artículo único. Desde esta fecha, en adelante, el Habilitado general de pensionados podrá cobrar por sus emolumentos el uno por ciento de las cantidades que pague por pensiones. Queda en estos términos reformado el decreto ejecutivo número 551, de 11 de Octubre del corriente año. Publíquese.
