Art. 51. Después de ejecutoriado el fenecimiento de una cuenta, se pasarán los libros Diario y Mayor y el Balance á la Contabilidad general, para que con ellos se rectifiquen las operaciones descritas en la cuenta general del Presupuesto y del Tesoro.
