Las autoridades judiciales, administrativas, de policía y de instrucción comunicarán al DAS y al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores la iniciación de procesos contra extranjeros, los cambios de radicación y el fallo correspondiente. Así mismo, el Ministerio de Justicia comunicará sobre la expedición de resoluciones de extradición. Los Directores de centros carcelarios comunicarán sobre el ingreso o salida de extranjeros de dicho centro.
