Autorízase al Ministro de Obras Públicas para aceptar la donación del busto de José Eusebio Caro que hacen a la Nación los señores doctor don Hernando Holguín y Caro, don Víctor E. Caro, don Julio Caro y don Roberto Caro, y colocarlo en un lugar preeminente del Parque de la Independencia que indique el Gobierno, en conmemoración del primer centenario del nacimiento de aquel ilustre varón.
