º . Estratos socio-económicos. Para los fines relativos al presente decreto, los usuarios d los servicios públicos se clasificarán hasta en seis estratos socioeconómicos así: I) Bajo - bajo, 11) Bajo, III) Medio - bajo, IV) Medio, V) Medio - alto y VI) Alto. Estos estratos se determinan en función de la calidad de las viviendas a las que se suministran servicios públicos domiciliarios.
