El artículo 29 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Recepción de medios de transporte. Inmediatamente después de la llegada del medio de transporte, el transportista deberá presentar a la autoridad aduanera competente el manifiesto de carga y demás documentación que se señale al efecto. Una vez sellados los medios de transporte de provisiones de a bordo, se amortizará el cargue o descargue de mercancías y el embarque o desembarque de pasajeros y tripulantes. En el transporte aéreo comercial, los pasajeros podrán desembarcar al mismo tiempo que se tramita la recepción de la aeronave”.
