ARTICULO 133 . SUBOFICIALES. Son suboficiales los dragoneantes que hayan recibido y superado los cursos de la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional, preparados y capacitados, para que ejerzan las funciones de apoyo, cooperación y ejecución de los órdenes del servicio de los Oficiales, en los aspectos de orden, seguridad, disciplina, resocialización y administración.
