Art. 2.° El derecho de que habla el artículo 441 del Código fiscal, que corresponde a los Estados mencionados en el artículo 1.° por la participacion en la renta de Salinas, se pagará puntualmente en lo sucesivo, sin limitacion ninguna, sea que se haya incluido o no la partida correspondiente en el Presupuesto de Gastos. En consecuencia quedan derogados los artículos 446. i 447 de dicho Código.
