Derógase el Decreto número 225 de 1906, el artículo 3.° del Decreto 333 de 1908 y las demás disposiciones que sean contraídas al presente Decreto. Artículo transitorio. Autorizase á la Gerencia de Rentas reorganizadas para reglamentar la percepción del impuesto de degüello mientras se provee á todos los Municipios de las guías y estampillas necesarias.
