Para poder dar a la suscripción las acciones emitidas, la sociedad deberá exhibir una autorización de la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas, so pena de nulidad. Esta no podrá otorgarla sino cuando se le compruebe que se han llenado todas las formalidades prescritas en los artículos anteriores.
