Artículo veintidós. INCOMPATIBILIDADES ESPECIALES. El Gerente de la Zona Franca y los representantes del sector público en su Junta Directiva no podrán, ni por si, ni por interpuesta persona ser Directores, Administradores o funcionarios de las empresas instaladas en la respectiva entidad, ni celebrar contratos en la Zona, salvo cuando se refieran directamente al ejercicio de la representación legal de la Zona Franca o en los casos taxativamente previstos en el Decreto-ley 222 de 1983 y en las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen, complementen o sustituyan.
