Renovación.- A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las licencias para la elaboración, venta o importación de medicamentos y cosméticos, tendrán una duración de diez (10) años. Cumplido este término, podrán ser renovadas indefinidamente por el mismo periodo, con los mismos requisitos necesarios, como si se otorgara por primera vez.
