Art. 212. Las disposiciones de esta ley que imponen determinados deberes a ciertos empleados y Corporaciones, y las que señalan las penas en que se incurre si no se cumplen dichos deberes, se harán imprimir en carteles, que se mantendrán fijados en las respectivas oficinas, a fin de que nadie pretenda alegar ignorancia cuando se trate de exigirle la responsabilidad. Estos carteles se distribuirán oportunamente por el Gobierno.
