Aceptar a partir de la fecha, la renuncia presentada por la señora Ana Dolores Meza Caballero, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía No. 57.300.075, al cargo de Notaria Segunda (2) del Círculo Notarial de Barranquilla - Atlántico, de conformidad con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de este decreto.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de continuar con la prestación del servicio público notarial, se encuentra el señor Gabriel Alejandro Diago García, nombrado en encargo, de acuerdo con el Decreto 381 del 04 de junio de 2025, expedido por la Alcaldía Mayor del Distrito, Especial Industrial y Portuario de Barranquilla.
