DEL ARCHIVO DEL EXPEDIENTE DISCIPLINARIO CUANDO HAYA HABIDO LUGAR A SANCION DISCIPLINARIA.Una vez en firme el acto administrativo mediante el cual se imponga una sanción disciplinaria, deberá remitirse el respectivo expediente al Jefe de Personal de la entidad para su archivo.
