º El 40% de los recursos a que se refiere el literal b) del artículo 1o. del decreto 1167 de 1991, entregados por el Gobierno Nacional a la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero, pasarán a ser parte del capital de dicha entidad hasta por un valor de doce mil quinientos sesenta millones de pesos ($12.560.000.000.00) moneda corriente.
