Comité Fiduciario. Créase el Comité Fiduciario del Fondo para la Superación de Brechas de Desigualdad Poblacional e Inequidad Territorial que se desarrollará en el contrato de fiducia mercantil a celebrarse entre el Ministerio de Igualdad y Equidad y la sociedad fiduciaria que resulte seleccionada y se integrará por un número impar de miembros, en el cual deberá participar el Director Ejecutivo del Fondo para la Superación de Brechas de Desigualdad Poblacional e Inequidad Territorial, representantes del Ministerio de Igualdad y Equidad, del nivel directivo o asesor, y representantes de la sociedad fiduciaria.
