La cantidad de qué trata el artículo anterior, será entregada al Instituto Nacional de Fomento Municipal, para que bajo su dirección e intervención, se dé estricto cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, en los términos que rigen la organización de dicho establecimiento público.
