La Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira gozara de todas las exenciones y privilegios de que trata el artículo 14 del Decreto-ley número 2077 de 16 de julio de 1958, y su correspondiente parágrafo, pero las importaciones de los efectos de que allí se trata requerirán la aprobación del Fondo Universitario Nacional y la correspondiente licencia del Ministerio de Hacienda.
