º Las personas afiliadas al fondo de cesantía objeto de cesión no podrán oponerse a la medida. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de su facultad de solicitar el traslado del Valor de sus unidades a otro fondo de cesantía, tan pronto se haya efectuado la cesión.
