Art. 5º. Podrán ejercer la medicina por el sistema homeopático los individuos que tengan diploma expedido por el Instituto Homeopático de Colombia, y será aplicable a este sistema lo dispuesto en el artículo 2º. del presente Decreto, en lo referente a los no titulados.
