Tan pronto como la situación del Fisco lo permita, el Gobierno hará reemplazar la estatua de La Pola , erigida en la plaza de su nombre de esta ciudad, y la erigida en la ciudad de Guaduas, por otras de bronce. Se tendrá en cuenta para ello el modelo adoptado en el concurso abierto por el

Ministerio de Instrucción Pública en 1910. El Gobierno procurará que se conserve el molde de dicha estatua a fin de que los Departamentos que deseen adquirir reproducciones puedan hacerlo módicamente.
