Mecanismos de seguimiento. El Ministerio de Transporte o la autoridad que este designe, debe diseñar e implementar mecanismos que permitan verificar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos establecidos en este Título, así como realizar el seguimiento a aquellos que lo requieran.
