º DE OTRAS AUTORIZACIONES. Podrá expedirse autorización a los menores para trabajar en días sábados, domingos y festivos. En tales casos se otorgarán permisos, previa comprobación del funcionario competente de que no laborarán el resto de la semana y de que no se va a exceder la jornada máxima legal diaria establecida para los menores.
