Naturaleza de su relación con la Empresa . De acuerdo con el artículo 5.º del Decreto 3135 de 1968, las personas que prestan sus servicios a la Empresa tendrán el cargo de trabajadores oficiales. El Gerente General, los Subgerentes, el Secretario General y el Director Científico, por desempeñar cargos de dirección y confianza dentro de la Empresa, tendrán el carácter de empleados públicos.
