Duplicado del certificado. El depositario deberá entregar duplicado del certificado original siempre y cuando se denuncie la pérdida, destrucción o sustracción. Para el efecto tal certificado debe indicar visible y claramente que es un "duplicado". Una vez expedido se dará informe inmediato a la entidad emisora y su expedición priva de valor la certificación originaria.".
