º Características de los seguros . Serán colectivos y de participación los seguros que contraten las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones cuyo objeto del amparo sea la garantía de los aportes adicionales necesarios para financiar las pensiones de invalidez y de sobrevivientes.
