º. Entrega de proyectos en marcha . La entrega de los proyectos que actualmente esté desarrollando la CAP y que por su naturaleza y alcance ameriten ser asumidos por Corpoamazonia se hará mediante acta individual, previa visita de campo cuando a ello hubiere lugar. El informe técnico y financiero de cada proyecto hará parte integrante del acta respectiva. El Director General de Corpoamazonia podrá cancelar los proyectos y programas que estaban siendo ejecutados por la CAP, cuando no se ajusten a las funciones de Corpoamazonia o a las políticas y directrices del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.
