Artículo cuarto. La prórroga de validez de la cédula de extranjería clase "transeúnte", en el caso previsto por el artículo 87 del Decreto 2955 de 1980, será incluida en una cédula provisional, previa cancelación en favor del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad de la suma de trescientos pesos ($ 300.00).
