Expirado el término para practicar pruebas, lo informa el Secretario. Dentro de diez días se dicta el correspondiente fallo, en el cual se resolverán todas las cuestiones debatidas, teniendo en cuenta que un crédito puede ser considerado como existente en contra del deudor pero no en contra del acreedor o acreedores que lo hayan impugnado, y sea el caso de estar justificada la impugnación.
