El Secretario del Ministerio de Guerra tendrá una asignación mensual de trescientos pesos ($300). El Edecán del Presidente queda asimilado a General de Brigada. Los demás miembros del Ejército, pertenecientes al personal del Ministerio de Guerra, inspección general del ejército Estado Mayor General, Flotilla de Guerra, Institutos y establecimientos militares y demás dependencias del ramo de Guerra, tendrán la categoría establecida en los reglamentos sobre la materia, y gozaran de los sueldos correspondientes a ella de acuerdo con la presente Ley.
