El Gobierno dispondrá que con fondos nacionales se adquiriran a la mayor brevedad posible sendos edificios para cárceles en Quibdó, capital de la Intendencia, e Istmina, y dispondrá asímismo el saneamiento de ellas y de las poblaciones de Tadó, Ríosucio y Bagadó, conforme a las disposiciones de la Junta Central de Higiene, que reglamenta la materia.
