Artículo sexto. Las disposiciones del presente Decreto, amparan todos los casos pendientes de importación directa de vehículos por parte de agentes diplomáticos y consulares extranjeros y nacionales, así como por representantes de organismos internacionales y de asistencia técnica, que no hayan sido nacionalizados definitivamente o que sean objeto de reclamación, reposición o apelación, de acuerdo con los artículos 18 y 19 del Decreto 3288 de 1963.
