Jornada única. A partir de la vigencia 2018, la entidad territorial certificada deberá garantizar que en los contratos de servicio educativo de que trata este Capítulo, dicho servicio se preste en jornada única, de conformidad con los lineamientos establecidos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúa lo consagrado en este artículo a los contratos regulados en la Sección 6 del presente capítulo, quienes deberán contar con jornada única a partir de 2016.
